Internship London / Brussels

We are looking for Interns to join our expanding London based Belgian Sales team as a Recruitment Consultants for 12 months.

In this exciting and challenging position you will be responsible for sourcing IT Specialists for our high profile clients across a range of industries within Belgium and the UK.

Working directly with our Business Development team this varied and challenging role will involve the following tasks:

Based in London with regular travel to Belgium you will have the following key areas of responsibility:

·   To provide clients in Belgium with IT Freelancers

·   Generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations to clients

·   To match candidates to clients job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role

·   To develop and maintain relationships with both new and established clients

·   Negotiation of charge rates with clients

·   Negotiation of pay rates with IT Contractors

We will provide Interns with Shared-Accommodation in London.
